While you may be able to express yourself through other creative methods, such as drawing, making videos, designing things, using words is a straightforward and easy way to get across your point. Having a good vocabulary and a good sense of grammar can make you sound more intelligent and wise. Thus, people will listen to you and read your works more. Having good writing skills can also inspire others.
